I’m Kevs, a Transaction Coordinator with Synergos RE. What I enjoy most about what we do is being able to take some of the stress and busywork off agents’ plates so they can focus more on their clients and growing their business.
I’ve always enjoyed staying organized, keeping things moving, and making sure the little details don’t get overlooked. Whether it’s coordinating with attorneys, keeping track of documents and deadlines, or helping resolve an issue before it becomes a bigger problem, I enjoy being the person behind the scenes who helps keep everything on track.
For me, it’s more than just checking tasks off a list. It’s about being dependable, communicating clearly, and making sure the people I work with feel supported throughout the process. Every transaction comes with its own challenges, and I believe having someone in your corner who is willing to help find solutions can make a real difference.
One of the things I appreciate most about Synergos RE is the emphasis on teamwork and building strong relationships with the professionals we serve. I enjoy getting to know the agents I work with, understanding what they need, and finding ways to make their day-to-day work easier.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help create smoother transactions, give agents peace of mind, and be someone they can count on from contract to closing. Hi! I'm Pilipina, a Transaction Coordinator – Admin Support with Synergos RE. With a background in Information Technology, I enjoy combining creativity, technology, and organization to support real estate professionals and help build a strong online presence.
My work includes website design, marketing materials, social media management, and transaction documentation. I take pride in being detail-oriented, dependable, and always willing to learn new things.
Working with Kristen Law and Kevs has been a meaningful part of my professional journey. I'm grateful to have a supportive and inspiring boss and team who encourage me to grow, improve my skills, and embrace new opportunities in the real estate industry.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with cats and dogs, exploring new places, listening to music, and discovering new experiences. I also enjoy staying active and finding little moments that bring happiness and balance to my everyday life.
